Key responsibilities
  • To ensure leave entitlements and access is monitored and accurately recorded
  • To ensure that accurate data is entered in the payroll management system
  • Reconciling payables against spreadsheet
  • Accurate preparation of batch payments for Director’s approval
  • Provide assistance and guidance as needed by Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • To ensure all new recruits have completed the necessary documentation and have had their documentation recorded accurately in the accounting/payroll systems
  • To take the lead in the management of the general office management activities
