Bookkeeper
- To ensure leave entitlements and access is monitored and accurately recorded
- To ensure that accurate data is entered in the payroll management system
- Reconciling payables against spreadsheet
- Accurate preparation of batch payments for Director’s approval
- Provide assistance and guidance as needed by Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- To ensure all new recruits have completed the necessary documentation and have had their documentation recorded accurately in the accounting/payroll systems
- To take the lead in the management of the general office management activities
