Operations Manager
Key responsibilities
- Allocation and management of scheduled orders to Yardies and Truck Drivers for preparation and loading onto trucks
- To monitor the preparation of significant orders to ensure efficient management of delivery consistent with customer requirements
- To initiate ordering of supply of raw materials in need, to ensure fulfillment capability for pending orders
- Liaise with Inventory to ensure they have the necessary information on raw material orders to enable them to monitor receipt.
- To ensure available staff are deployed and managed to achieve maximum efficiency in the fulfillment of customer orders
- To arrange all mechanical repairs and maintenance of motor vehicles as required
