- To identify any unsigned dockets and report to Customer Service
- The reconciliation of payables against Xero records
- To actively monitor receipt of payments from Debtors, escalating customer payment issues to Director for negotiation of terms
- To proactively engage with overdue debtors to understand reasons for delay and facilitate payment terms in reference to Director
- To ensure leave entitlements and access is monitored and accurately recorded
- To ensure that accurate data is entered in the payroll management system
- To ensure customer order information/instructions are communicated clearly to Operations Manager to ensure fulfilment
- Managing any issues associated with delivering product as per customer needs.
- Check inflow delivered stock is correct based on purchase orders raised.
- Monitor cost price of product and report any variations in price to Directors
- Allocation and management of scheduled orders to Yardies and Truck Drivers for preparation and loading onto trucks
- To monitor the preparation of significant orders to ensure efficient management of delivery consistent with customer requirements
- To ensure product load is as per docket received from Customer Service team
- To ensure product is securely loaded onto transport vehicle
- To verify customer orders in need, with either the Operations Manager or Customer Service team directly
- To take direction from the Operations Manager in preparation of and/or loading product orders onto transport vehicles
